Food Log 2-6-13

So I want to post what I eat now to track my habits and see if they change while I am taking the Raspberry Keytones.  Here is all I consumed yesterday.

coffee
hashbrowns
egg
toast with butter
garlic tea
cup of grape nuts with almond milk
coffee
minestrone soup with a wedge of ww bread
water
philly cheese steak stuffed bell pepper half
baby carrots
nacho chips
water

I'm too lazy to figure out all the calories,carbs, proteins,etc.  Just going to be honest with my diet.
