I did the video 3 days last week. I had started level 2. Today I got back with it and continued with level 2. It seemed to go a bit smoother. Hopefully my right knee will not swell this week. I started doing the knee circles from level 1 before starting.
So that's where I'm at. No difference in my clothes yet, but I do have more energy the days I exercise and fell stronger all around.

I'm loving to see your progress. I'm finding that I get discouraged when I don't see changes in 2-3 days, but it takes longer, unfortunately, as time goes by.
Hang in there and keep inspiring and motivating me to keep up!
